Rebecca Berne
Rebecca Berne serves as Chief of Staff and SVP at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, where she partners with the CEO and management team on a broad range of initiatives and projects in areas including board engagement, organizational goal setting, internal communications, and development. Before joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2010, Rebecca was Program Associate and Communications Coordinator at Carnegie Corporation of New York and a consultant for the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
As a student, Rebecca participated in several service programs including through the Student Conservation Association and Habitat for Humanity. She has a PhD in English from Yale, where she taught courses in American fiction, and a bachelor's degree from Brown. Rebecca lives in Brookline, Massachusetts with her husband and two children.
