Supporting a generation of young leaders to champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
Â鶹ÊÓƵ and The Starbucks Foundation are working together to advance educational equity while supporting a generation of young adults leading the way toward a more just world.
A grant from The Starbucks Foundation is supporting Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s implementation of strategies that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. With help from this grant, Â鶹ÊÓƵ is building and delivering promising practices and training programs to its staff and Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s 3,000 AmeriCorps members, who serve full time as student success coaches in more than 300 systemically under-resourced schools.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ, The Starbucks Foundation, and Starbucks partners across the country have been working together for more than 10 years. Our partnership is part of The Starbucks Foundation’s more than 20-year history of creating pathways to lifelong opportunity for youth in systemically under-resourced communities, including a recent initiative to support .
