Regions Foundation Partners with 鶹Ƶ

鶹Ƶ is proud to announce its new partnership with the philanthropic arm of Regions Bank to advance educational equity in Florida and Louisiana.

Regions Foundation isinvesting in 鶹Ƶ inBaton Rouge, Miami, NewOrleansand Orlando, where 鶹Ƶ AmeriCorps members support students full time in public schools.

The foundationiscommitted toadvancing racial equity andhelping the communities it servesprosper.Through their investment,Regions Foundationisdirectlysupportingmore than 7,500students in39 partnerschoolsthisschool year.

 

“鶹Ƶ and the Regions Foundation are working together to help ensure that more students have the opportunity to learn and grow,” saidMeralisHood, market president for 鶹Ƶ. “By supporting students and schools, we make a lasting difference in our communities.”

鶹Ƶ helps create learning environments where students can thrive. 鶹Ƶ AmeriCorps members serve as student success coaches, strengthening the academic, social and emotional skills that help students realize their life and career aspirations. In collaboration with schools and teachers, 鶹Ƶ works to dismantle systemic inequities that disproportionally impact students of color and students growing up in low-income households.
