Theo Richards - Board Chair
CEO, Capital Area Transit System (CATS)

Theo served on the founding team of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Louisiana, right after Hurricane Katrina and Rita. Over the four years he spent serving with Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and rebuilding the community, Theo received the President’s National Service Award from President Bush. Theo is now the CEO of the Capital Area Transit System. He has served on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board since 2019.

Anna Johnson - Vice Board Chair
Executive Director, West Baton Rouge Chamber

Anna Johnson is a public affairs specialist with over 10 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Anna has experience in public relations consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. She is currently the Executive Director of the West Baton Rouge Chamber. Anna has her B.S. in Mass Communication from Southeastern Louisiana, and a M.A. in Organizational Communication from Louisiana State University. Prior to joining the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board in 2024, Anna was a long-standing member of the CYBR Associate Board.

Elizabeth Beckham
Senior Learning & Development Manager, Turner Industries

Elizabeth is a workforce and talent development professional with 20+ years experience across multiple industries. In her role with Turner Industries Group, LLC, as Learning & Development Manager, she contributes to corporate workforce development and serves as an internal learning consultant. She is a double alumna from the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Information Technology and a M.S. in Workforce Training and Development. Elizabeth joined the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board in 2024.

Andre Bellefontaine
Associate, Kean Miller

Andre Bellefontaine is an Associate at Kean Miller and primarily works with the firm’s Energy and Environmental Litigation practice groups. He provides legal advice on issues associated with environmental regulatory compliance, oil and gas legacy litigation, coastal zone litigation, and groundwater contamination. Andre holds a B.S. in Accounting and a J.D./D.C.L. from Louisiana State University. He joined the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board in 2025.

Lori Bertman
Lori Bertman - Board Emeritus
President and CEO, Bertman and Associates

Lori Bertman currently serves as the President and CEO of Bertman and Associates. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a master’s degree from Louisiana State University. Lori served on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board from its inception in 2005.

Tonnisha Ellis
Education Consultant, Louisiana Department of Education

Tonnisha currently serves as an Education Consultant with the Louisiana Department of Education, leveraging her extensive experience in education and workforce policy. Originally from Colfax, LA, Tonnisha earned both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees from Southern University A&M College. After serving on the CYBR Associate Board, she joined the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board in 2024.

Ashley Greenhouse
Partner, Haley and Associates

Ashley Greenhouse is a compassionate and skilled attorney, with over 15 years of experience walking clients through the hardest seasons of their lives. She is currently a Partner at Haley and Associates. Ashley’s practice has always emphasized family law and civil rights matters, but she competently represents clients in various other fields of law. Ashley earned her Juris Doctor and a bachelor’s degree in civil law from Paul M. Hebert School of Law. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University. Ashley joined the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board in 2025, having previously served on the Associate Board.

Gwen Hamilton - Board Emeritus
Owner, GPH Consulting LLC 

Gwen has a long and deep commitment of service to the Baton Rouge community and connects with this work in a personal way through owning GPH Consulting, LLC. Gwen holds a degree from Southern University and served on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge board from 2010 – 2024.

Ryan Haynie
Partner, Haynie and Associates

Ryan K. Haynie stands as a partner at Haynie and Associates, a venerable Baton Rouge-based government relations and lobbying firm that his father and namesake founded 44 years ago. Ryan, embodying the vanguard of leadership within Haynie and Associates, holds the positions of Vice President and President at RKH Consulting as well. His expertise lies in local government consulting, DBE relationships, and procurement. Ryan earned a bachelor's degree in political science from LSU's College of Arts and Sciences. He joined the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board in 2024.

Phillip May
Phillip May - Board Emeritus
President and CEO, Entergy Louisiana

Phillip May is the president and CEO of Entergy Louisiana, which serves over one million electric customers in the state. Phillip received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. Phillip served on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board beginning in 2014.

Cameron Murray
Associate, Taylor Porter

Cameron Murray is a distinguished attorney who practices in commercial transactions and commercial litigation. Cameron received his J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2022, where he received the Judge Alvin B. Rubin Scholarship, and his B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Lambda and Sigma Alpha Pi Honor Societies. He was also a member of the UL Black Male Leadership Association. Cameron has been with Taylor Porter since 2022, and he joined the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Advisory Board in 2025. 

Katie Pritchett
Operations Director, Baton Rouge Health District

Katie Pritchett is a nonprofit executive with more than 14 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations and cross-sector collaborations that advance measurable community impact. As Operations Director for the Baton Rouge Health District, she drives strategic initiatives that strengthen health outcomes, workforce development, and regional partnerships. Previously, Katie spent a decade with Capital Area United Way, where she held senior leadership roles overseeing impact strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Katie holds a Master of Social Work in Leadership, Advocacy, and Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Jennifer Eplett Reilly

Co-Founder and Trustee, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ, Inc. Founder and Former Board Chair, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge

Jennifer Eplett Reilly is a civic leader who co-founded Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Inc. and led the launch of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Louisiana in response to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in political Science from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. She is a founding board chair of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge.

Dionne Rousseau

Partner, Jones Walker

Dionne Rousseau is a partner at Jones Walker Law Firm with more than 25 years of experience handling corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions for public and private companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Dionne has served on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge Board since 2015.

Tommy Teepell
Thomas Teepell - Board Emeritus
Retired Chief Marketing Officer, Lamar Advertising Company

Tommy has recently retired as the chief marketing officer for Lamar Advertising Company, one of the largest publicly held outdoor companies in the United States. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Tommy is a founding board member of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baton Rouge, having served since 2005.
